How to Create a Professional Certificate

1. Choose Your Certificate Type
Select from five certificate types: Completion, Participation, Training, Appreciation, or Experience. Each type surfaces the relevant fields — for example, a Completion certificate asks for the program name and duration, while an Experience certificate captures the job title and employment period.
2. Enter the Recipient and Issuer Details
Add the recipient's full name, your organization name, and optionally upload your organization logo. The logo is stored only in your browser and is never sent to any server.
3. Customize the Design
Choose an accent color to match your brand — rose, blue, amber, emerald, violet, or slate. Switch between the Classic style (formal, ornamental borders) and the Modern style (clean, accent bar layout). The live preview updates instantly as you type.
4. Add Signatories
Add up to two signatories with their name and title. You can also upload a signature image (a scanned or photographed signature) which will appear above the signatory line on the certificate.
5. Print or Save as PDF
Click "Print / PDF" to open the print dialog. The certificate is formatted for A4 landscape — select "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog to get a PDF file. Your data is saved automatically in your browser so you can return and edit anytime.
